I am not certain what the problem is with this hotel. I have stayed at this hotel many times of the years and made my observations known:

1) Elite check-in most of the times unattended
2) Huge lines at check-in
3) Despite renovations, really tired rooms
4) Heat not working in room, freezing temperatures

If you dont want to take the chance of getting zapped by the above or are fine with staying at a sub-par property than this is your place.

For all other, I would suggest avoiding this hotel so that the message is finally received that you can not treat your customers this way.

For the hotel management: I did ask you to turn up the heat in the rooms five times, please see your Bonvoy-App chat notes since 3:30am ! And do something about your check-in process, this is not new to you.

Super friendly staff, rooms really clean, with plenty of space. Very central for everything. The gym was superb. Restaurant was great. Putting everything together one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
