Older but not bad

We stayed on the 6th floor, had a decent room with 2 beds. We requested a fridge, it showed up but didnt work- no knob to turn it on. The bathrooms were yellow and out dated, the shower drain was one of those super slow ones that your feet end up standing in the dirty water. The beds weren't bad and the sheets were comfy.

Disappointing.
This is how I can explain my stay.
The front desk was understaffed and
I had to wait over 30 minutes to check in because the rooms weren't ready yet.
It happens no big deal.
I have Bonvoy gold status but it wasn’t acknowledged.
The room looked old and it had a weird smell( it smelled like someone had been smoking in it) this was a nonsmoking room.
I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel.
Go somewhere else.
