We checked into the Sheraton Vistana for an 8 day vacation on April 23, 2010 with our children and grandchildren. Our original reservation was for April 24th, but when we called on the 23rd the resort was very accomodating and helped us get a unit more +for the 23rd as well.

We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath villa on the first floor overlooking the lake. It was wonderful to sit on the screened patio and have coffee in the morning. Our one year old loved the baby ducks and learned to say "duck" on this trip! The pools were very clean and with towel service and restaurants on-site it was very relaxing after a long day at the parks to relax and let the kids wind down. The staff at the resort was very friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards with every request.

The grounds were constantly being manicured and our unit had granite countertops, upgraded appliances and the beds were very comfy! The children played mini-golf and the grandson loved the game room. We all used the workout facilities. Sheraton Vistana even provides free wi-fi in the unit which was nice as well. We had no trouble with our connection at any time.

We are already planning next year's Disney trip and would not hesitate to consider staying at this resort again.

This was our first trip to Orlando Florida without doing Disney or staying on Disney property. We really are not familiar with anything outside of Disney but we were very happily surprised. This place had it all and the place was clean, and had more +everything we needed to have a good vacation. There were several pools with different themes, events going on daily (didn't have to leave the resort if you didn't want to)- several places to eat or to pick something up to eat. The location was the best and everything you could possible need was less than a 5 min. ride. I would definitely stay there again.
