Though it has a classy, upscale vibe, Sneaky's Tavern welcomes children, with a kids' menu on the back of an Etch-a-Sketch -- clever! Located in the new Base Village, Sneaky's patio dining affords stellar mountain views. Find pub fare like salads and sandwiches at lunch and steak, chicken, pork chops and pasta entrees in the evening.

Warm up after a day on the slopes at this small restaurant that has been feeding locals and visitors since the 1970's. On offer are a stew and soup of the day, hearty sandwiches, chili-cheese dogs and salads. The kids' menu offers smaller portions of regular menu items; the homemade multigrain bread is delicious.

Throw nutrition out the window (hey, you're on vacation!) at this festive spot, housed inside a bright red barn. Kids clamor for the sweets: ice cream, chocolate-fried Oreos and make-your-own s'mores. But, you might get them to eat "real food" here first (even though it doesn't include the healthiest of options): hot dogs, burgers, chicken fingers and chili. Need greens? Salads are on the menu, too.

Known for its gigantic salad bar -- with more than 40 items, plus two different soups -- this restaurant in the Wildwood Lodge serves up a variety of signature steaks, plus trout, salmon, stuffed chicken and vegetarian options and a children's menu. It's open only in the winter season.
