Overview

By its name, you can guess that the Stratosphere is one of the tallest buildings on the Strip (1,149 feet tall to be exact). Inside, guests enjoy rooms and suites with incomparable views of the bustling cityscape. Rooms, mini suites and premier suites are available in various layouts. Contemporary designs with rich wood furnishings greet guests at arrival. Rooms present work areas, one or two beds and basic amenities. Mini suites offer more space, wet bars, separate living areas and dining areas. Fellini’s Restorante is one of the six dining establishments in the hotel, that also features cafes, buffets and lounges. Top of the World is a bistro that offers 360 degree panoramic views from the top of the tower. Stratosphere hosts the Level 8 Pool that is complimented by a hot tub, a poolside cafe and private cabanas. In the observation tower, families can experience four of the highest thrill rides in the world, including free falls, open-air spins, jumps and a huge teeter-totter. It’s the perfect location for families who want adrenaline highs.

Not the First Time Staying Here

We really enjoy the Stratosphere. Rooms in the Select tower are very nice. Security at night before you get to the elevators ensure more security. The Strat Café has good food at a decent price. New owners last year are spending the $$$ to upgrade this hotel. Lots of work going on inside but everyone was quite nice. Paying to go up the tower is a money grab as it used to be free. So I guess they don't want to make as much money as they used too. Overall a very nice stay away from the hustle and bustle of downtown...………...a little cheaper too.
Needless to say rooms had at least tripled since Sema was on. Now that sucks.
