Girlstrip

Our view from 2109 was amazing the best I have encountered so far in my travels. Sadly when we arrived there was not allot of communication about repairs to the blue grill and swim up bar and starlight Lounge ( all closed) they did open up the day before our departure and it entire resort changed for the better. They need a few simple upgrades to make a 4 star.. ADULT ONLY POOL SECTION would be #1 !!! The sun club upgrade was worth the 100$ for the week. We had wifi everywhere -room service-personal concierge-the sunclub Room with premium booze applies and AC was a bonus!! The food is ok we found one or two things each day that were impressive but over all blah:( THE STAFF are what makes this resort the great experience. JOSE from entertainment made our entire trip he is so personable sweet exciting and very entertaining ❤️ He would make an amazing bartender!! Also Antonio is the best server in your hotel this man is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen and is always smiling????????
The spa was absolutely perfect we had facials and hydro path experience for under 90$ and walked away floating on a cloud I was blown away very very impressed! Thank you ladies!!!

Entertainment was fantastic especially Jose he really made our week. He is super friendly, fun and a prankster. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely reccomend upgraded to Sun Club. Overall had a great holiday would definitely return.
