Service impeccable ! Rooms? Omg!!!!! So gorgeous you want to live there Forever!!!! Now granted we live on a boat in Isla Mujeres... and a room is always nice but this is over the top nice! We have stayed in sooooo many resorts in Cancun it’s crazy! Westin’s Marriott The Ritz the all inclusives but this was what we were looking for this whole time! The bed so comfortable! Bathtub huge!! Full kitchen live by room terrace with hammock overlooking this stunning property! Front desk Was so sweet!! Should have taken their names down on paper but I believe it was Micheal and a name that started with a U! Lol we’re fabulous!!! Lol! Food was really good !!Didn't have time to enjoy all restaurants but will next time!!!!!!! Don’t skip this place

Would like to say a massive thank you to Villa Del Palmer for a lovely stay. The hotel was excellent, lovely food, very clean and most helpful staff. I would like to say a special thank you to Maria Velazquez from room service and sorting out my birthday surprise. Went above and beyond.
