Another wonderful stay

by 19MMP90

We stay the W South Beach every time we’re in Miami and love it. There is a property-wide effort to make guests feel very welcome and attended to. We especially enjoyed the team at the beach (Emilio, Patricia, Mundo and Devin) who took great care of us each day. We’ve recommended this property to many and it has never disappointed.

Amazing views

We had one night here at the end of a work trip. The views of the beach from our 8th floor room were fantastic. Room was spacious with lots of amenities. Bed was really comfy!

Only sight niggle was that at the beach if you want an umbrella with your loungers its $25!! Unnecessary overcharging!! And really they should be encouraging people to be Sunsafe. Not charging more for it. Pretty galling.
