Overview

Small-town family-owned charm shines at every corner of this cute motel. The vintage, 60’s-style building will remind mom and dad of their childhood family vacations. And the motel’s affordable nightly rates will squeeze nicely into most families’ budgets.

One- to two-bedroom rooms are available there. Plus, Waikiki Village offers apartment-style accommodations with kitchens, living areas and multiple bathrooms. There are no on-site children’s programs or restaurants, but amenities offered do include a pool, daily maid service, tennis, Internet access in the lobby and coin-operated laundry facilities. Waikiki Village is located about 300 feet from the nearest beach.

Reviews

This is the place

Listen to me: You want to stay here, so stop the endless searching and book it. Right now. Seriously... if you're reading this, you've found the oasis in Myrtle Beach. The rooms are beautifully done, right down to the super cozy bed(s), the ultra modern decor, the basketful of plush towels, and the lovely shower. The photos they provide are very accurate, though they may not do enough justice -- they're gorgeous rooms. I mean, these guys are so spot on that I even took the yummy bar of soap with me -- I've never done that before and I travel all the time! The staff is so friendly and accommodating, even if you get in late night. And stop wondering if you need to be right on the beachfront -- you're so close you can hear the ocean, and when you venture that way, your toes will touch sand in less than one minute. I've never been to Myrtle Beach until now (and I have no affiliation with anyone at this place, just so you know), but I've seen way too many rooms in this area this week, looking for the right spot for a decent price. I'm telling you, save yourself the painstaking search and stay here. It's an absolute treat!

A little Gem

Driving past it you might dismiss it as another seedy old Myrtle motel. There are dozens of them. This is NOT one of them. It does date back to the sixties but it is modern inside, super clean and retro cool. I have been coming to Myrtle for years and so mad I only now found this place. I liked it so much I wasn't going to post a review for fear it would get too popular.
