OVERBOOKING MISTAKE=DOWNGRADE INSTEAD OF UPGRADE by mototuti
I was LIVID when I arrived to check in they advised me that the hotel was overbooked. They said they were going to downgrade me from a One bedroom suite OceanFront Balcony to a tiny Studio. I had 3 teenage boys and my husband & I. There is NO room service ! NO Towel Exchange and you have to wash your own towels!The pool slide was closed. The hotel security is no good b/c my son's sandals were stolen from the pool area.
If the parking lot is full you have to park your car across the street.
Do yourself a favor and DON'T bother with this hotel !!!!!!!!
