The Wynn will always be the gold standard in hotels, spas, casinos and dining in Las Vegas, for many reasons. First and foremost because of their excellent customer service. Their attention to detail and professionalism leaves very little chance for something to go wrong, but if something was to not meet your expectations, they handle it promptly and with class. The casino and hotel are incredibly well kept, there are friendly and happy staff everywhere, and there is no detail left un-thought of.

Like every hotel on the strip, physically the Wynn is stunning. All expectations met with respect to room and hotel services. Also room was perfect except...no room coffee! Seriously? When we awake one of the first things we enjoy is a cup of coffee. At the Wynn you have two options get dressed head down to the buffet or another cafe then stand in line for 20 minutes or order it to your room for $15 for 2 cups! Dumb.

Buffet was superb but line up is long and confusing and over-priced @ $80 for 2. Mediocre service in terms of getting the initial table service & clearing. Great selection of good food.

Dined at SW steak house. Great view of waterfall show. Service was poor with an indifferent server who never even checked back after serving. Food was way overpriced and mediocre, especially the vegetarian “meatballs” which was terrible.

Vegas has to do something about this BS $52 resort fee. Either increase the room cost to include it or exclude it. People detest being "nickel and dimed" to death.
