What's a family vacation without all members of the family? Before you book your next trip, consider one of these hotels and/or hotel chains. Not only do they allow pets, but they also offer special packages, amenities and services for your furry friends.

Kimpton Hotels - Multiple Locations

When we think pets, we think Kimpton. All of the brand's hotels welcome pets -- regardless of size, weight or breed -- at no additional cost. This means your rabbit, parrot and hamster can finally join you on a family excursion. Standard amenities include bowls, beds, toys and treats, but most locations offer even more.

Chicago's Hotel Allegro, for example, provides keepsake leashes and sWAG bags with water and snacks. The hotel also donates $5 per reservation to the Anti-Cruelty Society of Chicago. At EPIC Hotel in Miami, pet guests receive a choice of two of the following services: a "Pawdicure and Shampoo" treatment; one hour of daily play time; one hour of dog walking at Flamingo Bark Park; or a massage for two humans.

Topnotch Resort - Stowe, Vt.

Topnotch Resort's staff loves dogs. That's why Fido stays free of charge in select rooms and receives turndown service with a plush bed and bowl. Dogs are encouraged to join their humans for activities throughout the hotel, including tea time, when they receive special treats. Pets are welcome in the spa, too -- a specially trained therapist will treat your dog to a Rover Reikei Massage!

When you travel to downtown Stowe, consult the hotel for pet-sitting services, or grab a leash and explore Wissener Woods. If your pup starts sniffing, he or she probably smells a bone -- complimentary treats can be found along the way!

The hotel, located in Boston, also provides a list of pet-friendly parks, such as Boston Common, and nearby restaurants.

Aqua Resorts - Multiple Locations

Make sure your furry friend is adorned with a colorful lei -- as all pets (and people) bound for Hawaii should be -- and head to an Aqua Resort. Most locations, exclusive to Hawaii, offer pet-friendly accommodations. Families are allowed to bring up to two pets that weigh up to 40 pounds each. They receive treats, bowls, beds and complimentary toys. The hotel requires a small fee per pet, per night, plus a refundable security deposit.

When you stay at The Lodge at The Stanley, part of the historic (and haunted) Stanley Hotel near Rocky Mountain National Park, your pet will enjoy the Preferred Pooch Program.
