Tad’s is best known for their signature sandwich: a smokehouse combo with roast beef and smoked turkey on an artistically beautiful marble rye. But your grumpiest eater will break into a smile when he or she glimpses the kids’ menu offering peanut butter and jelly, mac ‘n cheese and any number of meats on, what else? Plain white bread of course. A great pre-beach stop for picnicking on the beach or a hearty, inexpensive early dinner. Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
