As soon as we opened the door of the first room we were given (154) the smell hit us. Cant really describe it but it was not pleasant. Pictures will speak more than what I can write. It looked like a crime scene. The next room I was given was better but still such low standards for a major brand I was surprised. Not clean and very out of date. $145 for an uncomfortable night sleeping in others filth.

We visited this property and stayed two nights with our children. We stayed in a ground floor room with a patio door, the room was small and the furniture was dated. Bedding and other decor was nice however. The room was in desperate need of a deep cleaning and some maintenance. The air conditioning unit was caked in dirt and dust, I actually cleaned the unit myself because after just a few hours in the room both my son and my asthmatic husband were coughing an sneezing. The bathroom had white streaks all over the wall vinyl behind the toilet and beside the sink (which wiped off easily), the baseboards in the bathroom were fifthly appeared as if they hadn't been wiped down all year. The carpet in the room was disgusting, I don't think an industrial carpet cleaner could clean it!!! Needs replaced badly! The general repair of the room was poor, the pain flaking off the bathroom door, the grout in the bath needed repair/replacement. Just all in all a housekeeping and maintenance fail.
The room had a bathtub, but no tub plug. So I kindly asked the young man at the front desk for a plug and he told me no, that those bathtubs are not meant for baths. I have never heard of a bathtub not being meant for a bath before in my life. I explained I had two young children who would require a bath and he just said "ya sorry".
The breakfast each morning was nice, female breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful. Nice spacious dining area with highchairs which were much appreciated!
This was our second time staying at this property, I am not sure that we would stay here again.
