We stayed at the Akasha for 4 nights. It is a quaint little boutique hotel on the outskirts on Seminyak/Canggu. The hotel is clean and quiet, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
The pool was small and not great to share with other guests as it’s quite intimate. The location is quiet and away from most things so taxis are a must to get around.
Staff were very helpful and are there 24/7 ready for any request. They researched a bakery and had GF bread delivered to my room that day. They were great at advising on estimated costs for taxi's and any general questions on the area. I had a few issues with their online booking system from Australia, it's not the easiest to understand but they did clarify things over email and were happy to change the booking. I sent updated flight details for our transfers however this was lost and our driver wasn't there to collect us at the airport but they came instantly once we called them, they were very apologetic - suggest clarifying date and time of transfers before leaving home destination. We look forward going back to this place again. Location was great, the breakfasts were beautiful, and staff were very friendly. The pools don't have safety gates around them so you have to watch the kids, however bringing a 5 year old with us was fine.
