Overview

Kids get their own space at Aloft! When you check in, your children, ages 2 to 12, will be handed a kid-size air mattress, pop-up tent, and a bag full of toys and treats, so they can make their very own private space in any corner of your room. That leaves either a king bed or two queen beds for the rest of the family to enjoy. The clean, contemporary rooms of Aloft also include a mini-fridge, coffee maker, free Wi-Fi, and free bottled water. You’ll love the huge lobby, which is packed with features like a game room, where kids can find a library of board games and puzzles, comfy chairs and couches, a pool table, a 24/7 snack bar, and an adult beverage bar. Just outside the lobby is a gorgeous outdoor pool and patio. Breakfast is available for purchase at the snack bar, or you can walk to one of the dozens of restaurants around the hotel.

Aloft is located in the heart of College Station, directly down the street from the campus of Texas A&M University. Many of the area’s museums, shops, and parks are easily accessible via nearby Highway 6. Kids will love walking in the Dr. David Schob Nature Preserve to watch for birds and animals, or to observe environmental projects started by college students. You don’t have to travel far from your hotel to pay a visit the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum on the Texas A&M campus. There, you can learn about our 41st President, the end of the Cold War, and pose in a replica of the Oval Office. A few miles north of your hotel is the town of Bryan, where you’ll find a historic downtown district filled with antique shops, restaurants, and parks. Kids will love Bryan Lake, where they can kayak, swim, or fish. With its clean, new rooms and family-friendly amenities, Aloft is an ideal choice for your family vacation to College Station.

Nice stay - appreciate the ride!

by MelissaM916

I was on the first floor in room 110. The room was fine, very consistent with other Alofts. IN recognition of my Titanium status, I was given $8 dollars to spend on breakfast. There are like 5 options, and they are all 8 dollars. I got the Ranchero, and it was very good. I also appreciate the bottle of water in the room.

There is no EV charger for my Tesla, but the Homewood Suites very close by has one, so I parked there and walked over. In the morning, the woman that made my breakfast and also works the bar - she drove me to get my car - very helpful. The location is great - not far from campus and lots or restaurants nearby. The lobby is nice with jenga and board games.

If you like separate shampoo and conditioner, bring your own They have the eco-friendly all in one large container in the shower.

Great stay!

Very good

The hotel is cleaned & well maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient. The price was reasonable. They have adequate parking. While the hotel doesn’t have a large selection of food, The area has many eating places nearby with a very good selection of food, including a Red Lobster in front.
