We spent 2 nights.  Beds were quite firm, to much for my taste.  Beds have a duvet on them that makes for warm sleeping- turn the AC down or you'll be hot in the night.  As others have mentioned, the pillows are hard. Rooms have been updated. Bathroom was done ok. Bathtubs are non slip style.  Wall units for HVAC don't seem to keep the room a consistent temperature. Breakfast on the Sunday morning was great. Monday morning was much less selection but still ok. Good amount of parking.  Perkins easy walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Check in and out was done well. No elevator for second floor rooms. TV in room 207 needs attention - it keeps going into a demo mode and displaying features.

Terrible experience. Indian guy who is the owner Patel supplied us with stained sheets and bathtub was cracked. Drain didn't work in tub and some kind of white stains on bed sheets. WOW. Can't believe this place is still in business due to lack of maintenance.
