Worst motel I have ever stayed in

by Estaban57

The general location of the hotel did not inspire us, however, we were prepared to wait and see. From the moment we entered the room our worst fears were realised. There were dead cockroaches throughout the room and the floor was filthy. In the bathroom there was thick mould growing in various places with the growth in the shower approx. 1mm think and about 500mm around. The worst, however, was yet to come. There was a fridge in the room and when my son opened it he was almost dry retching. The stench was appalling and the mould growth would have done credit to a science experiment.

Very basic

by Martinatw

The taxi driver that brought us here warned us for the neighbourhood. Better not walk around alone at night.. seemed to be good advice.
The hotel itself is very basic, simple room with old furniture. No hot water during stay. AC worked perfectly though. Staff is friendly but not as helpful as you would expect. Price is quite good though.
