Think twice before booking this stay

by rosec295

I was originally excited to stay at this hotel but was disappointed from the very beginning. The room layout isn’t thought out for functionality. There was pet hair on the chaise and after having to ask house keeping to vacuum they didn’t move the pillows to remove all of the pet hair. The floors weren’t cleaned when they did turn up/make up and prior to service hairs were discovered on the wall where apparently a dirty rag had been used. Also the room had not been dusted and I suffer from allergies so it simply took away from the trip. The FD also doesn’t carry basic amenities for guest needs and the closest convenience store is over a mile away. It is a fairly new hotel but clearly there are some basic things such as cleanliness and basic attention to detail items that need their focus.

Not our favorite but good

We did not like the strong perfume smell that was in our room. It was very small but the bathroom was pretty big and clean which was nice. The bed was very comfortable. Other than the smell, the hotel was pretty good. Just not our favorite.
