Reviews

nice hotel away from the city

This oceanside hotel has a great view of the rocky coastline and is situated beside the natural pools that can be used by guests. Rooms are bright and clean, staff very friendly and the onsite restaurant is excellent

A beautiful escape

We stayed here for our week long trip to Madeira and hope to come back to the island and the hotel again! The hotel was wonderful with all rooms facing the ocean. the rooms offered everything needed for an enjoyable stay..and the hotel itself provided lots of additional amenities. Breakfast was wonderful (and the on-site restaurant is by far the best in Porto Moniz!)...and the tidal pools (while admittedly chilly) were so wonderfully special and enjoyable! While definitely the more remote end of the island, with the highway structures all routing through Funchal it made the location perfectly accessible to all the other incredible sights of the island. Can’t wait to return!
