Still Has It’s Charm

by Jagi55025

Hadn’t been here in years..went for girls weekend Veterans Day weekend. Quite busy when we walked in, but had great service at the front desk. Room was large and decently clean. For as busy as the hotel was it was quiet in the room for sleeping. We received 4 water park passes. Visited that around 9p.m. Quite a few families there, but plenty of room for all. An enjoyable stay.

Not family friendly

Very rude front desk staff. Asked to be put on a list to be notified if we could check in early as we had three children under 2 who needed to nap and check in wasn’t until 4pm. The front desk were very rude and dismissive to us when we inquired about this. Didn’t get in until right at 4pm and spent an hour waiting in the lobby as other families checked in and were allowed to go straight to their rooms early. No changing tables in the public bathrooms in the downstairs or the upstairs “rafters” so had to change infants on the floor in a hallway. Checked in to the room and there was mold in the mini fridge. Overall less then impressed with the accommodations and customer service. Will not be staying here again.
