First of all i would like to Thank you to the reservation and sales team !! I first feel disappointed when i checked in , they didnt info me for the different villa . Because reception gave me asa bali villa 2 , without information which is not the main villa I booked at first , and then i asked how much for upgrade and reception said they have to ask if theres still available villa .. but reception followed up to sales and reservation team..
and i must thank youuu for the Sales Mr Eko if im not wrong .. he gave me Upgrade and he gave me a superb upgrade for the villa. Thank you Mr eko , this is the best birthday gift from your team.

For breakfast .. maybe should have an upgrade , since youre luxury .. must able to fulfill the standard , and breakfast can be request inside the villa ya ... but overall ! Im very satisfied !! ❤️❤️❤️

We were taken to the second building (didn’t seem as well managed as the first location)
Fumigation was done whilst I was having a shower in the afternoon and I was completely smoked out of the bathroom suffering mosquito bites and sore throat. No proper coverings of bathroom windows so MANY mosquitoes free to roam your room &The bathroom smells horrible!
The villa does have a nice outdoor lounge/kitchen area (some maintenance is needed, especially in the bathroom)
Would give the breakfast a miss....

Oversized king bed was very comfortable
I did enjoy the privacy of the villa, was nice to relax by the pool. The location is quiet and private. 15 min walk to any shops/restaurants
The complex has a security guard 24/7.
Helpful staff excellent customer service.
