Only here because of a conference at the hotel. Very, very run down. Water leaks from AC everywhere. Emergency exits chained off, first floor rooms have paint on windows, for privacy I assume. Carpet is worn and dirty, roaches. Skimpy breakfast and half the time coffee is lobby is out. Uncaring and unmotivated employees. Half of the grounds are an unkempt trash piled construction site. Prostitute roam the road in front of property. On the plus side the bed is comfortable. Many, many other hotels in the vicinity that are better.

I found the rooms just average. They were able to accommodate my needs at the time. The rooms there were clean but not the best that I have had. If I were to visit Mobile again and was low on funds and needed a place to stay I would choose there again.
