This hotel left so much to be desired. To start we stayed in the roman suite which was a pretty penny in and of itself. When we entered the room the carpet looked like it had never been shampooed and could desperately use it. When we went to the windows to look outside we saw a massive amount of dead bugs EVERYWHERE, in the windowsills and on the floor below them. Saturday housekeeping came in and still didnt see or clean up the bugs. The jets in the tub had a massive amount of filth and dirt shoot out when we turned it on. Sooo we had to empty and then start over hoping for something cleaner. The coffee pot had a molded coffee pouch in it as well. All in all I would say save yourself from the filth and stay anywhere but here. I have reached out asking for a supervisor to contact me and have yet to hear from them.

Glad for the big rooms but they were not clean. Hotel shows serious wear and age. Teenage kids didn’t mind though and even used the indoor pool. Breakfast was limited to cold and stale items but glad to have a little fuel before the day.
