This gorgeous outdoor garden features numerous flowers, plants, trees and quiet places to reflect. The newly added Japanese garden brings lovely Asian-inspired architecture to the gardens as well. Families can stroll the path and admire all the florals in the spring and summer. But it’s also pretty to see in the winter months when the gardens are lit up for the holiday season.

A small amphitheater is situated inside the garden and offers musical performances on occasion. Guided tours of the gardens are available by appointment only. Families should plan to spend about an hour here.

9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday

Things to Know/Bring

Situated outside the gardens is a large park with a playground, walking trail and pond for fishing. The Don Harrington Discovery Center is also located a few steps away.
