Escape the commotion of the city and meander your way through these jaw-dropping and awe-inspiring gardens for a morning, afternoon or even a day! Parents and youngsters are invited to gather round and listen in on stories about bees, butterflies, frogs and flowers during Storybook Time. It is held on Wednesdays from April to October from 10:30 to 11 a.m. in the Children’s Garden Amphitheater (weather permitting) or in the Turner Broadcasting Garden Theater (not weather permitting).

There are also treasure hunts held on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. from May through September for those more adventurous kiddies. The Garden is open Tuesday through Sunday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. from April to October and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from November to March. Daily admission is $18.95 for adults, $12.95 for children ages 3 to 12 and free for children 3 and under.
