At 68 stories tall, it is the tallest buildings in Saigon and a trip to the top is as necessary as a trip to the top of the Empire State Building for visitors to New York. Viewing scopes on the 49th floor Skydeck show the enormity of Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City and the path of the Saigon River. On a good day, you can see all the way to the South China Sea.
A number of special events and exhibits take place on the Skydeck throughout the year. A small museum showcases the traditional Vietnamese dress “ao dai.”
The lowers levels of the tower are a massive indoor shopping area.
