Bromley Mountain in Peru, Vermont, offers families nine lifts, 46 trails and 300 skiable acres. Children can take lessons and little ones as young as 3 years can enjoy daycare with skiing via the Mighty Moose program. Fun can be had on the mountain year-round, with skiing and snowboarding on the mountain in the winter and an alpine slide, climbing wall, mini-golf, space bikes trampoline and other great activities available in the summer. One other year-round perk at Bromley is free Wi-Fi for all guests.


Bromley Village offers ski-in/ski-out access or the Village Shuttle Service to and from the Bromley Base Lodge. The condominiums for rent offer up to four bedrooms, which are great for large or multigenerational family vacations.


Onsite dining is available at four eateries. The Marketplace is open daily and serves breakfast and lunch. The Wild Boar Tavern is open daily and serves lunch and early dinner bites. The Long Trail Pub is open weekends and holidays only and serves lunch and beer for adults. The Waffle Shack is open on weekends and holidays and serves brunch, lunch and early dinner options.


Half-day lift tickets start from $59 for adults 18 years and older, $51 for teens ages 13 to 17 and seniors, and $40 for juniors ages 6 to 12. Children ages 5 and under are free.

Getting There

Bromley Mountain is about 75 minutes from Albany, New York, 2.5 hours from Hartford, Connecticut, three hours from Boston, and four hours from New York City. Fly into Albany International Airport and rent a car to get to the mountain resort.
