Take a ride through the mountains of West Virginia with train rides on Cass Scenic Railroad. The route follows the same lumber route first operating in 1901. Passengers board in Cass and ride a restored Shay steam train to Whittaker Station and back, on the basic route. A longer route (4.5 hours) extends the travel to Bald Knob. Admission to ride includes admission to the Cass Showcase, the Railroad and Logging History Museum and a Logging Camp tour. The Bald Knob ride includes a boxed lunch.
