The 100-plus-year-old museum contains more than 23,000 works of art spanning over 5,000 years of history. With displays of contemporary art, European paintings and sculptures, ancient American art and art from Africa, Asia and Indonesia, it’s an impressive collection. A children’s center provides scheduled art programs.
