As the town of Dana Point was built around its harbor, it’s no wonder it remains the hub today. The harbor hosts a 2,500-slip marina with a fishing pier, boat launch ramp and weekend cruise connections, including whale watching cruises. The harbor is also home to a number of boutiques and shops, as well as restaurants with fantastic ocean views. Throughout the year, the harbor hosts special events, such as its annual Boat Parade of Lights during the holidays, a Sunday Concert Series in the summer and 4th of July fireworks.
