If you have history buffs in the family, a Discovery Annapolis Trolley Tour is for you. Both 40- and 60-minute trolley tours are offered, providing not only a detailed history of Annapolis, Maryland, but also a general lay of the land. The tour includes a stop at the Maryland World War II Memorial, where there’s a vista point for pictures.
We don’t recommend the tours for families with young kids and anyone who doesn’t enjoy history, though, as tours are geared toward adults and youngsters will more than likely be bored. Tours depart at the back of the Annapolis Visitors Center.
Hours vary depending on season, but there are typically a few tours per day.
Tickets are $18 for adults, $9 for military, $9 for youth ages 11 to 15, and $3 for children 10 and under.
