Founders Hall at Milton Hershey School

1201 Homestead Lane, Hershey, PA

Take a bite out of chocolate, and then a bite out of history when you visit Founders Hall at Milton Hershey School. Friendly guides provide free tours (about an hour long) of the building, which is part of a school founded and funded by Milton Hershey and his wife, Catherine, in 1909. For more than a century, it has served a multitude of purposes for children in need, including free education, housing, meals, clothing, healthcare and career training.

If nothing else, a visit to Founders Hall is a lesson in giving and a piece of inspiration to take home.
