Parents who want to give kids the experience of being in the woods without worrying about them getting lost will appreciate this completely enclosed (but densely wooded) 11-acre park. The park has four ecological habitats – forest, meadows, streams and a pond — as well as a 150-seat amphitheater. Camping is also available, and there are public restrooms.

Open 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. every day except Wednesdays, when the park is closed.
