Located on a lake, this amusement park offers families old-fashioned fun. Kids and teens will enjoy the trains, drop tower, bumper cars, roller coaster and more, while the Playland area is perfect for tots. Lakeside dates back to 1908 and has been welcoming families ever since. Parking is free and ride tickets are purchased individually. There is a gate fee of just $3 per person.

The small theme park is open on weekends only in May, late-August and September, and daily in June and July.
