This park in Coral Gables has a very kid-friendly beach along the tidal pool of a man-made atoll that pulls in water from Biscayne Bay, making it a good beach for toddlers. Without the waves, the calm waters are meant for beginners and sandcastle builders. The park also operates a snack bar, restaurant and a marina with sailing school. Restrooms are located close to the beach, and the park also features walking trails and picnic pavilions.
