It’s counter-intuitive to be ogling crocodiles and iguanas in central Oslo, but kids go wild for the chance to spot snakes and other creepy crawlies, and to see live feedings at this reptile-centric zoo. If you’re looking for some indoor entertainment that won’t break the bank on a rainy day (of which Oslo has its share), the reptile park is guaranteed to get the kids talking and bragging to their friends about the cool things they saw on their return home. Summer hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, from April 1 through Aug. 31. Winter hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday, from Sept. 1 through March 31. Admission is 100 NOK ($17) per adult and 70 NOK ($12) for kids.
