Roberts Hawaii Tours

Attraction

Roberts Hawaii offers a wide variety of tours on several of the Hawaiian islands. Two of the tours offered on Maui include a Road to Hana tour and sunrise tour to the top of Haleakala volcano. Both tours are low key with little adventure, but offer big views and plenty to see along the way. The Haleakala sunrise tour has visitors reaching the volcano summit before dawn and witnessing a spectacular sunrise over the clouds that hover right above the volcano crater.

The Road to Hana tour along the world-famous 64.4-mile road (sometimes dubbed the ‘divorce highway’) is more about the journey than the destination. Families will want to get comfortable in the air-conditioned vans because that’s essentially your home for the day. The expert driver/guide takes visitors along the Hana Highway’s 620 windy curves and 46 one-lane bridges while telling stories about the Hawaiian culture, history and folklore. Numerous stops are made along the way to take photos and stare in awe at the scenery. Families will love stopping at the many waterfalls, black-sand beach at Waianapanapa State Park, the town of Hana, Charles Lindbergh’s Grave and much more. The Hana tour runs about 12 hours and the Haleakala tour runs about eight hours.
