Science is fun for the whole family at this world class science museum, where touching the exhibits isn’t just okay, but encouraged. Kids will love playing with soap bubbles in the bubble room, or powering an electric train by riding a bike. There’s such a variety of exhibits throughout the museum, kids of all ages will find something to keep them busy. Parents will love Discovery Island, a huge room packed with activities only for kids 5 and under. It’s refreshing to have a space for toddlers to explore without older children pushing them aside. ScienceWorks is a step above most kids’ science centers that we’ve seen, and is well worth a morning or afternoon visit.
