On this 2.5-hour trip, kayakers will get to paddle down Santorini’s south coast past rich grey volcanic beaches and under the shadow of the sky-high caldera cliffs. An experienced BCU certified guide leads the group from Mesa Pigadia, near Akrotirim, on a 5-mile round-trip experience. After a short briefing, the group will head out to sea.

Kayakers will see a lighthouse followed by the cave houses at Mesa Pigadia. The tour visits a variety of extremely varied beaches with the pebbly black Kambia beach, Red beach and White beach, all aptly named due to the color of their sand and stone. At White Beach, the group will stop for a Mediterranean picnic and snorkelling session before paddling back to base. Kayak and snorkelling gear is included in rates.

In adverse weather conditions, the tour will be a 3-mile round-trip on a slightly different route. Hotel transfers are included and the tour leaves at 9 a.m.
