Skyline Luge Calgary

Attraction

Skyline Luge Calgary

88 Canada Olympic Rd SW, Calgary

This unique ride uses gravity to bring visitors down an all-purpose cement track at their own pace. The luges look like a sled and a bicycle combined and all ages and skill levels will enjoy the ride. After putting on your helmet, take the chair lift up the mountain (check out the former Olympic facilities and the Calgary skyline on your way up) and then walk over to the luge track. You’ll be given quick and easy instructions on how to operate and stop the sled and then you’re off navigating the more than 50 twists and turns along the nearly 6,000-foot long track. The speed at which you race down is entirely up to the operator so no matter how fast (or slow) you want to go, both parents and kids will love racing down this luge.
