If you have small children, some of the mountains on St. Lucia can be too difficult–but that doesn’t mean that you have to forgo hiking entirely! The Tet Paul Nature Trail is one of the easiest hikes on the island, and the knowledgeable tour guides will make it interesting by sharing information about history, plants, etc. The walk takes about 40 minutes and you’ll pass by some absolutely stunning views, so bring your camera! Don’t forget water and sunscreen either. You don’t need hardcore hiking shoes, but comfortable closed-toe shoes are a better idea than sandals.
