Just north of Windmill Garden and downtown Holland, Michigan, is this sprawling farm on 10 acres of land, dotted with windmills, bridges, canals and buffalo (yes, real buffalo). In April and May, this garden is aglow with a rainbow of tulips as far as the eye can see. What started in the 50’s as a small 400-tulip garden has bloomed into over 5 million buds bursting to life each spring for visitors of all ages.
Visitors can buy real imported Dutch bulbs during their visit for fall delivery, too. Also onsite is the De Klomp wooden shoe factory!
Note: Call ahead to check on bloom prediction to ensure you see the full tulip show when visiting!
