If you’re brave enough, rent a canoe or kayak at West Lake Park and take to the waterways. (Just be prepared to think that every floating stick or log is a croc!) Otherwise, stick to the boardwalk loop, which is only about half a mile and takes you to the lake via a mangrove forest, where you can see plenty of wildlife.
