Intimate and friendly, this 17-unit property outside of George Town has a swimming pool overlooking the green-blue waters of Elizabeth Harbour. The dining room sits behind sliding glass doors with a view of both the pool and sea. Here, guests can enjoy a free continental breakfast or select from the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus, which the kitchen will gladly customize for little ones.
All of the units have water views and patios or balconies with a king or queen bed. Two adjoining rooms and a two-bedroom cottage that sleeps five are especially suitable for families. Wi-Fi and use of kayak and snorkel equipment is free. Friday nights bring parties to the bar at the end of the dock. The walk to George Town is little over a mile, and Fish Fry is also close for inexpensive meal options.

I had such a wonderful time in Exuma! Thank you to the hotel and staff for being so welcoming and concerned about our well being (2 females alone). Pam was so warm and friendly. The rooms were spotless and the bed/pillows were super comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing. We walked downtown , it was about a 30 minute walk or a $10 cab ride. We did both. We did not know the straw market and some shops were closed on Sundays. So we had to go back. I was told the grocery store closes at 11 am on Sundays. So be mindful. Beautiful scenery. There is more then enough to see and do then talk about the patio furniture. Continental breakfast and menu was so fresh, more then I can say for the U.S. We never had a bad meal at the hotel or anywhere on the island! We kayaked, the staff helped (Marcelo) us drag the kayak out and back in the water. The Wednesday night BBQ on the outside dock was delicious and the ambiance was lovely. I will definitely be back to Exuma and August Bay! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!!
There were many positives about our stay but sadly a number of negatives too. The outdoor furniture was tired and rusty. Our room was not serviced and the restaurant food was awful. They have the most beautiful bar on a jetty going out into the sea that was only open for abt 30 mins on our first night! Such a tomato setting not being used. However the views were utterly fabulous the facilities were spotlessly clean as was our room and the bed extremely comfortable. The reception staff were amazingly helpful and they even supplied beach towels! As we were out exploring during our time there it didn't spoil the time we were there too much but I would hesitate to rebook.
