An unbelievable experience at Awasi Atacama. 10/10. From the pickup at Calama, outstanding accommodation, superb cuisine, fantastic tours, beautiful staff - this was a trip of a lifetime. Attention to detail was amazing. The geography is remarkably diverse and with your personal guide and vehicle, the whole region can be explored. From a bike ride to salt lakes, multiple treks, geysers, natural hot springs, diverse flora and fauna, this experience is well worth considering. Special thanks to our sensational guide Marco - an absolute gem with great enthusiasm and knowledge. The cuisine was something to behold, made more special by the great personalities of the senior staff, particularly Paula and Catalina. Our sommelier, Gabriela, was an absolute delight. Her knowledge of wine was remarkable and endearing personality made evening meals thoroughly enjoyable. Thanks also to Christian, Angel, Max, Carlos, Erika and Naomi for their expert service. The managerial staff, Nicholas and Brian, are to be commended on their attentiveness. We look forward to visiting the othe Awasi resorts in South America. You will not be disappointed.

Not knowing what to expect, but of course the name Relais—the experience was more...much more. It was a unique resort in the desert of San Pedro with luxurious hut accommodations. The staff were very well trained but kept their boundaries. The expeditions snd choice of expeditions were varied and well led with your private guide. A must for those who feel they have traveled the world and also enjoy some exercise.
