Horrible

Full of spider, no helpful and no friendly staff, they don’t speak English, cold water, open ceiling, very very dirty bathroom, mosquitos everywhere in the room, wind in the room because of the ceiling and the useless doors...
Don’t go there !!!

Worst place in all Indonesia

First of all: DON'T BELIEVE IN THEY'RE PICTURES.

Staff: not helpful or even friendly. I asked for restaurants and best way to go to Gili, unfortunately they couldn't understand me.

Room: moldy and smelly REALLY BAD. There was also a hole in the ceiling of our room and the walls were peeling. The sheets were very dirty.

Bathroom: also moldy and smelly, absolutely dirty. The shower is small and with just cold water.

> During the night a huge black lizard appeared behind my bed and we needed to change rooms. There was no help to move our stuff or an apology. In the other room there were 4 geckos and many spiders in the bathroom. And the mold and horrible smell was there again. (PS: I'm from a rainforest area in Brazil, when I say huge lizard, I mean HUGE lizard)
> I had about 54 BITES of mosquitos during the afternoon and evening I spent in the pool and inside my room.
> In the morning we tried to have breakfast and was informed that there wasn't free, when I had booked and paid a room with this service included.
> The pool is the only reasonable thing, but was dirty as well.
