The staff, food, services are unbeatable. This is was our 5th trip here and 7th to Ixtapa. Every room has an amazing view, and balconies are worth the extra! Al La Cartes are awesome! YOu also have only a 5 min walk to catch a very to Isla Island (beautiful)!

The best part of this hotel is certainly the friendly accommodating staff. Right from when we got off our bus till we left a week later. Hotel is super clean, my only issue was that there is not enough staff to pick up discarded drink cups around pools,so that attracted a lot of bees. Be prepared for a hard mattress, I asked for another but was told none available. Shower temp is not reliable, sometimes cold or warm. I have only been to a few all-inclusive but definitely the food was not the best but we found enough to get us by. For breakfast they serve cocktail wieners instead of sausage and ASK for bacon as they hoard it in the back. Lots of fruit but bananas were hard to find. We noticed they cooked pork shops on the grill one night and carried plates of it to the back kitchen but hid it from us and when I asked for some they were not overly happy to hand it over. This resort caters to the locals and the food reflects that but please cooks put your red, green, yellow sauces on the side. The beach is not sandy but hardpacked so easy to walk on. If you plan on being married here be sure to check out the table arrangements for the meal, they had us lined up in 2 long tables like a lunch room. Also the flowers were delivered to room without water for bouquets and wilted quickly. The new wedding planner did not speak English so we grabbed someone from the desk to help translate. We did hire the hotel photographer and Michael did an awesome job and very well priced. I would not stay here again mostly because of the food. Also the access to the Olympic Garden for ceremony and dance was not wheelchair friendly. By the way we tried to get a straight answer for weeks about adjoining rooms and then told no but yes there are plenty.
