Formerly Beachside Bed and Breakfast, this intimate inn offers nine accommodations, including two private cottages. The cottages include the Costa Rican Bungalow and the Seacret Cottage. The bungalow features a queen bed, private porch, fully equipped kitchen, and living room, while the cottage provides a queen loft bed and a full-sized sofa bed in the living area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Rooms in the inn are all decorated in their own style, with a collection of “Quirky Cottage Rooms” that include a funky 70s room with round bed and tie-dye. These rooms share a common area with living room, dining room and full kitchen, so families can select all three rooms to create a private space for their group. Four suites are located in the main building and also share a full kitchen and dining room.
The inn is pet-friendly and provides bicycles and beach chairs for guests to borrow during their stay.

We decided to take a spur of the moment weekend trip to Folly Beach & found this beautiful Beachside Boutique Inn. We stayed in the treehouse room. There’s 3 rooms total in this unit. We shared a common area with others yet we only saw others for about 2 minutes total. We essentially had the place to ourselves. Beach towels, chairs, bikes, ice machine, breakfast and outside covered sitting area (which was nice because it poured raining one morning) all available for use. Staff was extremely friendly!! This is a super convenient location to everything on the main strip of Folly Beach. The beach itself was a short walk & convenient to the pier. The room was cozy & clean. We would certainly stay here again in the future!!!

****THE ABSOLUTE WORST RUN RENTAL AGENCY****
Booked a room for one night after speaking with manager Sherri on phone for availability and then comfortably booked online. Showed up with my wife and daughter only to find someone else staying in my room. I had called prior and they said the room was clean and ready to go.(First of many lies). 20 minutes later self described maintenance guy shows up, does not address us standing there looking ridiculous with our luggage, makes some calls, and then finally tells us there has been a mistake. No apologies whatsoever. Says he will find us another place and gives me an address. He then stops me as we are pulling out and says he has to take us to a different locale. Place was way off the beach, not even close to our original rental and now manager shows up, Blake, and says not much he can do, except take off 5-10%!! Place had a common area and locked rooms with no guarantees others wouldn't be coming and going all night. Ridiculous! Asked to speak to someone above him and he said there is nobody. Long story longer, police had to be called due to the way we were treated and lack of acceptable solutions. police told us in front of them they wouldn't stay there due to sketchy neighborhood nonetheless my teenage daughter. End of story police helped us find a La Quinta 25 minutes away and forced Blake to finally refund our money. Horrible people and absolutely no clue how to function in the hospitality industry.
