Hotel lobby was updated and very nice. Enjoyed having a bar option. Room was clean though small but we expected that. Staff was very helpful at check in and even came to our room to help show us how to get the air to work properly. Nice short walk to the tube and to several sights like Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace and more. Also found a nice place to get craft beers near by. Seemed like a very safe area as well. Shower was nice and had waterfall option as well. Breakfast available, but a little too pricey for the little we would eat so we had breakfast on our own.

This hotel is a few minutes safe walk from Victoria Station, Victoria Coach Station and Pimilco Underground. As soon as I walked into the nicely restored building and met the warm and friendly staff I knew I had chosen the right hotel. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and provided lots of information and services (including ordering cabs). The hotel served an excellent breakfast and the restaurant staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. The room was reached by elevator and while it was compact, it was clean and very comfortable. Two nearby restaurants were really great (O’Sole Mio- Italian; Gail’s- Pastry shop) This hotel is a gem; it’s the type of a hotel you’ll look forward to returning to again and again.
